Before the session
Students can share their class notes, homework, review packages, or the topic that still feels unclear.
A guide for parents
Tutoring works best when it becomes a reliable part of the student’s week instead of another source of pressure. Reserving a regular time gives us space to solve immediate problems while steadily strengthening the skills behind them.
What to expect
Each session focuses on what the student needs right now while also strengthening the thinking and study habits that make future work easier.
Students can share their class notes, homework, review packages, or the topic that still feels unclear.
We identify the exact point of confusion, explain the idea clearly, and practise it together until the student is ready to take the lead.
Reasonable email support is available for quick questions, homework feedback, and worked explanations, so a small question does not hold up the rest of the week.
Weekly scheduling
Whenever possible, students are encouraged to keep the same day and time each week. A dependable routine makes planning easier and helps prevent small gaps in understanding from becoming overwhelming.
Please provide at least six hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is given, 50% of the scheduled session fee will be charged.
Between-session support
Reasonable support is available between sessions to reinforce what we covered and help the student keep moving. All support is provided by email to the parent or student.
A clear digital page that explains the problem or concept step by step.
A voice recording can accompany the written explanation to make the solution much easier to follow.
A quick check of the student’s approach, setup, reasoning, or final answer.
Feedback on completed or in-progress homework from class.
Review and marking of homework assigned during tutoring.
Worksheets based on current class lessons when tests or exams are approaching.
Simple and documented: All between-session support is shared by email with the parent or student.
